Durability, mobility and power efficiency are combined with a design approach focused on enhancing the environmental soundness of the MKxx65GSX line by decreasing or eliminating the use of certain toxic, hazardous or controversial chemicals in the drive. In addition, power consumption can be reduced by more than 80% with the MKxx65GSX over like-capacity 3.5-inch hard disk drives, making the MKxx65GSX ideal for notebook, all-in-one and Energy Star desktop PCs, printers, set top boxes, video surveillance systems, external storage devices and other computing applications.
